Our team in the kitchen loves playing with fire. Cooking with fire and utilising the effects of wood and flame to bring out the natural flavours of our homegrown and locally sourced ingredients.

You’ll find Head Chef, Josh de Caen and Sous Chef Benjamin Moore crafting food that’s, grilled, flamed, roasted, smoked, barbequed and most importantly, carefully paired with our seasonal and unique beer program. 

 

It’s fresh, seasonal and rustic food, full of flavour and character.
