We’re brewing up a dynamic and contemporary selection of beers straight from the source.

 

Our brewers, Matthew Scott-Malcolm (Chalky) and Andrew Caldwell (Boogey) are like chalk and cheese, or chalk and boogey in this case. Meeting in 2016 while studying together at the Siebel Institute of Brewing Technology in Chicago, their opposites attract philosophy inspires experimentation with flavours, distinctive brewing techniques and an energy for the craft. Their combined skills tap into both the local craft beer community and the forefront of flavours and styles trending globally. We don’t have a core range at Wild Hop, things might be different each time you visit but they will be damn tasty and interesting…
