We are searching for a like-minded team player to come on board at a management level to help grow our business. As a growing brand, this position is perfect for someone who likes diversity in their role. To be considered for this position, you should have a real passion for beer and knowledge of our brand.

Working alongside our other two Venue Supervisors and under the guidance of our Venue Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of running the Front-of-House at Wild Hop. We run a pretty flat hierarchy here… and we all chip in and work together to get the job done. You will be working very closely with the kitchen team and the brewery team on a daily basis, to ensure that our FOH team is all over the ins and outs of the daily offerings, and to maximise the customer experience.

In addition to being a hospo gun, we are looking for an individual that is knowledgeable and passionate about beer, and really excited about the brewing industry in general. There is an opportunity for this individual to champion beer education within our team, and work alongside our brewer as a Wild Hop ambassador at various external beer events, as they arise.

With fixed venue operating hours, this position offers not only a competitive salary package, but also a great work/life balance and two fixed days off per week. No split shifts, and no late nights.


  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality management;

  • High level of customer service;

  • Proven organisational skills with attention to detail;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • A general understanding of brewing, and a genuine passion for the industry

  • A strong level of knowledge of our brand is desirable;
